The 33-year-old Grammy-winning singer has increased her personal fortune to $740 million from $570 million in April, according to Forbes magazine.
It comes after she extended her stadium tour from 52 to 146 shows across North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
The huge increase in value includes revenue from album sales, touring, songwriting royalties, merchandise, real estate portfolio, brand deals and acting fees.
The first 22 performances of The Eras Tour have grossed over $300 million and it’s on track to gross a record $1.4 billion by the end of August 2024, according to the industry trade publication of Pollstar tourism.

Mid-year reports released on Monday revealed that Swift’s tour was the highest-grossing in North America and globally between November 17, 2022 and May 17.
She is estimated to have earned nearly $110 million from the performances so far after paying production costs and concert promoter Messina Touring Group.
But the artist must then pay taxes and pay other expenses, including his manager, his publicist and his agent.
She has paid a total of $55 million in bonuses to workers on her The Eras tour as the US leg of her tour draws to a close.
The singer donated the sum to workers on the lucrative ride, including relief dancers, rigging professionals, sound technicians, catering staff and truck drivers.
Forbes estimated that the tour has so far contributed $30 million to his net worth, which has grown to $740 million, which includes real estate and other assets.
The Eras Tour is twice as big as the world’s second highest-grossing tour, which is the $142 million Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band 36-date tour.
Swift is said to be currently the most popular artist in the world for ticket sales, streaming, broadcasting and social performance.
His tour is on track to become the highest-grossing live music concert tour of all time, thanks to the added dates.
It was expected to make $590 million, but that figure rose to $1.4 billion.
If projections are accurate, Swift will overtake Sir Elton John at the top after his Farewell Yellow Brick Road Tour retirement tour grossed $910.4 million.
But Beyonce’s Renaissance could top Swift with reports that she could earn $2.4 billion from ticket sales by the end of October.
