Fans of Travis Kelce and his girlfriend Taylor Swift weren’t too happy when the Chiefs tight end hung out with Morgan Wallen at his concert in Kansas City.
The controversial country music singer, who was once arrested for throwing a chair off a roof and was caught using racial slurs, appeared to support Kelce’s teammate Harrison Butker by wearing his No. 7 jersey.
The kicker made headlines earlier this year when he claimed that women are meant to be “housewives” while delivering a commencement speech at Benedictine College.
Butker’s speech was filled with conservative ideology, not only about gender roles, but also about abortion and vaccines.
After Wallen walked out of Arrowhead Stadium, flanked by Kelce and teammates Patrick Mahomes and Chris Jones, he reportedly told the crowd to “always stand up for what you believe in.”

“You are the company you keep,” added another.
A third echoed the sentiment: “Birds of a feather stick together,” while another wrote: “@taylorswift13 ok time to ditch them.”
Both Mahomes and Kelce have said they don’t share Butker’s opinions, however Kelce said he “appreciates” Butker as a teammate.
Meanwhile, the quarterback said he thinks the kicker is “a great person.”
Wallen was wearing a jersey with the number 7, which is the number used by controversial kicker Harrison Butker.
Butker detailed her beliefs about gender roles for men and women at Benedictine College.
“And those values may not be the same as the ones I have,” Mahomes said during a news conference in May.
“But at the same time, I’m going to judge him by the character he shows every day, which is that he’s a great person. And we’ll keep moving forward and try to help each other to be better every day.”
Patrick’s wife Brittany was also on hand to watch the trio of NFL players walk alongside Wallen to the tune of ‘WHISKEY WHISKEY’ by Moneybagg Yo, featuring Wallen.
‘Look at my boys!’ she was heard saying in a post on her Instagram story.
