Eagle-eyed Taylor Swift fans have unearthed one of Travis Kelce’s old posts about his love for the zoo, exactly six years after his visit to a wildlife park in Australia.
Kelce flew to Sydney this week to join Swift on the latest leg of her Eras Tour, where she will perform four shows from Friday to Monday.
On the eve of the first concert, the pop megastar and her boyfriend were seen enjoying a date night at Sydney Zoo, where they got up close and personal with some of the country’s most iconic animals on Thursday.
And after the pair were seen appreciating Australia’s wildlife, one of Kelce’s old tweets about not being able to “resist a good zoo” went viral.
In 2018, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end responded to an Omaha fan on X, formerly Twitter, about possibly visiting one of Nebraska City’s zoos.
Taylor Swift fans have unearthed one of Travis Kelce’s old posts about his love for the zoo, exactly six years to the day of his visit to a wildlife park in Australia.
Kelce responded to a fan’s message about going to a zoo in Omaha in 2018.
Swift’s legion of die-hard fans found the post after the pair were spotted at a zoo in Australia, before realizing Kelce wrote it on the exact same day.
He wrote: ‘You are good people too, and I can’t resist a good zoo!’ Ha ha’.
Swift’s legion of die-hard fans quickly found that old post in the middle of their trip to the zoo with the singer-songwriter, before realizing she wrote it on the exact same day (February 22) six years ago.
“Exactly six years later is crazy,” said one user.
‘It manifested itself for everything years ago,’ commented another.
‘Taylor has a song for everything and Travis has a tweet for everything. Soulmates lol,” a third joked.
‘His manifestation,’ a fourth wrote along with a 100 emoji.
Whereas one just says, ‘Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, they keep giving.’
Before his day at the zoo, Kelce was seen admiring Sydney’s landmarks from the presidential villa, which normally costs A$25,000 a night.
The Chiefs star made the effort to visit Swift in Australia after he embarked on a crazy 5,000-mile race from Tokyo to Las Vegas to watch him play in the Super Bowl earlier this month.
Several users were left in disbelief at the coincidence, while some even claimed that Kelce ‘manifested’ his date with Swift Down Under.
Swift traveled to Las Vegas earlier this month to watch Kelce win the Super Bowl.
They then partied all night after Kansas City’s thrilling 25-22 overtime victory over the San Francisco 49ers, where they were joined by Travis’ brother Jason.
Swift then had to complete a nearly 8,000-mile journey from Las Vegas to Melbourne for the first batch of her Australian concerts, meaning she traveled more than 13,000 miles in the space of a week.
She was greeted in Australia with $14,000 worth of Valentine’s Day gifts from Kelce, who splashed out on 250 ‘Eternity’ roses at a cost of $2,100, along with a $5,000 handbag.
