Taylor Swift is sharing high praise for Post Malone and his new studio album F-1 Trillion, which is the sixth of his historic career to date.
In fact, it was the pop superstar’s younger brother, Austin Swift, who first played her some of the songs from his new album while she was filming the music video for the lead single from The Tortured Poets Department (2024).
“I was lucky enough to hear this amazing music on the set of the Fortnight video when Austin played it for me,” Swift, 34, wrote in the caption of a photo of herself on set with Malone, 29.
“It’s amazing how versatile his art is,” she added, before complimenting him on a more personal level. “And he’s just the most down-to-earth guy in the world.”
The Anti-Hero singer, who Rob Lowe said is much more famous than he was in his ’80s heyday, also included a link to stream F-1 Trillion in her post.

And it turns out Malone’s F-1 Trillion was already on its way to number one when Swift shared her praise for his new music.

The road to F-1 Trillion’s release began with the release of the lead single, I Had Some Help, which featured guest appearances by country music singer Morgan Wallen.
The song would go on to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart with the highest weekly sales and streams since 2020, giving Malone his sixth number-one song.
Since then he has released the following singles: Pour Me A Drink and Guy For That.
It turns out Malone spent months working on new music in Nashville, collaborating with many of the best artists country music has to offer in Music City, according to Billboard.
Along with the Morgan Wallen duet for lead single I Had Some Help, F-1 Trillion also features the Blake Shelton collaboration Pour Me A Drink, which peaked at No. 14 on the Country Airplay chart.
Malone’s new album also features guest appearances by Luke Combs, Dolly Parton, Jelly Roll, Tim McGraw, Ernest, Hank Williams Jr., Lainey Wilson, Brad Paisley, Sierra Ferrell, HARDY and Chris Stapleton.
In April, Malone (born Austin Richard Post) took to Instagram to thank Swift for opening up and allowing him into her world as a collaborator on her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.
“It’s once in a lifetime that someone like @taylorswift comes into this world,” the Syracuse, New York native wrote. “I’m touched by your heart and mind, and I’m beyond honored to have been asked to help you on your journey. I love you so much. Thank you Tay.”
Swift shared her complimentary comments about Post Malone alongside a photo taken from the music video photoshoot for their collaboration on Fortnight.
F-1 Trillion, which is the Pennsylvania native’s sixth studio album, was released on August 16 via Republic and Mercury Records.

Last April, Malone called Swift “a once-in-a-lifetime artist” when he thanked her for bringing him into her world with the collaboration “Fortnight.”
Malone went on to reveal how “honoured” he was to be working with the Shake It Off star.
Fortnight debuted atop the Billboard Hot 100 with the second-highest single-week streaming figure since 2020, marking Swift’s 12th No. 1 song and Malone’s fifth.
Swift previously asked Malone to collaborate on the song “Fortnight,” which was written by the two stars along with Jack Antonoff, with whom she frequently works as a producer and songwriting partner.

Since then, Tortured Poets has reached number one on the Billboard 200 chart for a career-high 14 non-consecutive weeks, following its release on April 19.
Like Post Malone, Taylor Swift also has her own country roots, beginning her career as a country pop singer with her first two studio albums Taylor Swift (2006) and Fearless (2008).
