The loved-up couple, who have been dating for just over a year, have already been looking at properties along the picturesque coasts, according to the US Sun.
And once the NFL season ends, the tight end will join the ‘So High School’ hitmaker on a return trip to take the plunge.

The $17 million vacation home achieved celebrity status after becoming the location of Taylor’s legendary star-studded Independence Day parties.
Swift was reported to have purchased the colonial-style mansion, also known as High Watch, for cash back in 2013.
