A year after making headlines as a couple, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s high-profile romance continues to heat up and is now sparking speculation that the two will tie the knot in the not-too-distant future.
The power couple also appear to have caught baby fever thanks to the friends they invited over to the pop superstar’s $17 million Rhode Island mansion over the weekend.
“Taylor has always loved children and never thought her career and ambition would get in the way of her biggest dream of having a family of her own,” a source told DailyMail.com.
‘It’s ready!’
As DailyMail.com reported, the NFL star and singer, both 34, spent three days surrounded by their closest friends and young children as they celebrated Taylor’s best friend Blake Lively’s 37th birthday.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce appeared to have caught a case of baby fever over the weekend as they were spotted cuddling Patrick Mahomes’ two-year-old daughter Sterling.
At one point, the 34-year-old pop star was seen leaning down to play and make funny faces with the adorable little one.
Swift had previously been spotted spending time with the Mahomes children at Chiefs games last year.
The singer opened the doors of her iconic oceanfront vacation home, High Watch in Westerly, to Blake, her husband Ryan Reynolds and their four children, James, 9, Inez, 7, Betty, 4, and Olin, 18 months.
Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid were also along for the trip with their daughter Lea, 7, and daughter Kai, 3.
They were also joined by Travis’ older brother Jason, his wife Kylie and their three daughters Wyatt, 4, Elliotte, 3, and baby Bennett, 18 months.
But it was Sterling, the two-year-old daughter of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who stole Taylor’s heart over the weekend.
She was seen swooning over the little girl on the balcony of her 94-year-old home, in exclusive footage from DailyMail.com.
The pop sensation, who reunited with her NFL player boyfriend on Friday after finishing the European leg of her Eras Tour, could be seen making faces and smiling at the little boy, who calls her Auntie Taylor, as he enjoyed the sunshine.
Along with Sterling, the Mahomeses’ son, Bronze, was one of the youngest to attend the party, at 21 months old.
At one point, doting dad Patrick was seen trying to calm the little boy by showing him the seagulls along the shoreline at the Taylors’ luxury apartment.
Mahomes was seen holding his one-year-old son Bronze as he stepped out onto the mansion’s massive balcony overlooking the ocean.
The Chiefs quarterback and his wife Brittany welcomed their son in November 2022.
Taylor has developed a close friendship with Brittany Mahomes after she began dating her husband’s teammate.
The Mahomes recently announced that Brittany is expecting the couple’s third child, and the pop star was one of the first to congratulate them after the two women grew closer during last year’s NFL season.
In addition to being surrounded by children at her latest party, Taylor’s childhood best friend, Abigail Anderson Berard, announced last month that she was expecting her first child.
She gave birth on August 16.
Set on five acres with 11,000 square feet, eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and its own private beach, the sprawling High Watch is the most expensive home in the Ocean State.
Taylor mentioned Abigail in her famous song ‘Fifteen,’ and the two spoke about motherhood in her documentary Miss Americana.
Abigail even announced that she was pregnant with his baby using the lyrics of Swift’s “But Daddy I Love Him,” posting her baby bump with the words “I’m waiting for his baby…”
At the time, Taylor congratulated her oldest friend, commenting: “When the internet says MOM, I feel like this picture is actually what they mean.”
While the star has been busy with her record-breaking Eras Tour, which has spanned all corners of the globe, her jet-setting is expected to cool off when it ends in December.
Taylor is expected to take some time off with her NFL boyfriend, who supported her while she was on tour around the world.

Last month, Taylor’s childhood best friend Abigail (left) also announced she was expecting her first child. Taylor and Abigail, both 34, have been friends since they met at Hendersonville High School in Tennessee in an English class when they were just 15.
The pop star is expected to join the top-ranked tight end in his quest to lead the Chiefs to a three-peat in the Super Bowl.
But there’s speculation the couple could settle down and get even more serious by the end of the season, with an engagement and possibly children on the cards.
The chatter has intensified after the couples looked loved up with the youngsters at the family party over the weekend, before Travis flew back to Kansas City alone on Monday.
Swift even seems to have signaled the change in her mindset, writing in her recently released Tortured Poets Department “all my friends smell like weed or babies.”
She also revealed she had discussed having children with long-term boyfriend Joe Alwyn and accused her lover Matty Healey of “talking about rings and talking about cribs”, before he “talked her down”.
And it’s not the first time the couple has sent fans wild over the possibility of having kids, with Travis joking on several occasions about their future offspring.

On the New Heights podcast with his brother in April, Travis jokingly shared a possible name for his future child while speaking with guest Arnold Schwarzenegger.
While discussing the actor’s career, the NFL star joked that he “might name my first son Conan,” referencing Schwarzenegger’s 1982 hit Conan the Barbarian.
That comment came shortly after Travis and Taylor spent Easter with Jason and Kylie at their home in Pennsylvania, adding to their baby fever.
He made a similar comment in March, when the brothers joked about their height and being parents to a “lab-raised NBA player.”
Travis added, “I can’t wait until I make one,” before trailing off as he quickly took a sip of his drink.
His comment sparked a frenzy among his fans who were considering proposing to his pop star girlfriend.
But Jason was quick to shut down the rumors, pleading with his brother: “Don’t do this. Don’t give any of these other conspiracy theorists anything else to hold on to, please.”
