She later headed to the gym and wowed fans as she performed a perfect headstand before donning her comfy white robe for a massage and acupuncture.

She wrote: “Had the most energizing and relaxing trip on @cunardline from Southampton to Hamburg and back.”
‘I booked the Harpers Bazaar relaxing package on the new Queen Anne ship. I had no idea a spa on a cruise ship could be so impressive.
‘I received the most amazing massages, acupuncture, @elemis facial, a hairdryer and used the spa facilities consisting of different types of sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, ice rooms with magnificent relaxation and treatment rooms. There were also many fitness classes. Plus a fantastic gym.
‘Starting the year by arriving at a new destination, full of energy and clarity was precisely what was needed on this trip.’
He continued: ‘The people were wonderful too. I felt completely pampered as did all the guests and even got to see @heathersmallmpeople perform to a packed theater on board. She was just BRILLIANT!

It comes after Tamzin missed lifting the festive Glitterball trophy during the Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special.
The soap opera star was paired with professional dancer Nikita Kuzmin and performed a Viennese waltz to KD Lang’s version of Hallelujah.
However, it wasn’t enough as Strictly’s first drag queen contestant, Tayce Szura-Radix, was crowned the winner.
The Welsh artist, 30, and her professional dance partner Kai Widdrington impressed the judges with a sizzling Cha-Cha to Kylie and Danni Minogue’s hit 100 Degrees before lifting the glittering Strictly Christmas star-shaped trophy .
The drag queen made a grand entrance when she arrived on a glowing moon suspended high above the ballroom, before being lowered onto the dance floor.
Her energetic performance, which included a series of impressive lifts, received a perfect score of four 10s from judges Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Motsi Mabuse and Craig Revel Horwood.
They faced tough competition from fellow contestants comedian Josh Widdicombe, Irish presenter Vogue Williams, Tamzin, Formula 1 driver Billy Monger and Gladiator star Harry Aikines-Aryeetey.
