Tammy Hembrow is certainly not shy when it comes to showing off her incredible gym-honed body on social media.

But in an Instagram Story post on Friday, she reminded fans that it took her years to achieve her famous physique.

The 27-year-old again shared a photo from the Tammy Fitness Instagram account showing her body before and after her workout journey.

In the front part of the photo, she showed off her slim and slender figure in a black bikini.

Tammy paired that with a recent photo of her toned body and famous curves in raunchy black two-piece by the pool of her $2.88 million Gold Coast mansion.

She wrote in the caption, “It took me years of consistent hard work to make these changes.”

“Results DO NOT happen overnight,” the influencer added, before firing up her six-week booty challenge.

Confident: Tammy told body+soul in July that she hopes showing off her incredible figure can inspire other women to feel more confident. “I want to show that everyone’s body, whatever it is, is perfect,” she said

“It’s 100 percent real. One hundred percent! It’s all natural,” said the mother of two.

Tammy has previously revealed that she “hates” when people falsely accuse her of undergoing a Brazilian ass lift.

She told Studio 10 in December 2019, “I hate it when people accuse me of doing that. I take such offense because I’ve worked so hard and it annoys me.’
