Tammy Hembrow is criticized for flaunting her destroyed postpartum body to improve her fitness app: “We would all look like this if they paid us”

Tammy Hembrow has come under fire for sharing a boastful Instagram post about her fit postpartum body, nearly two years after welcoming her third child.

The fitness influencer, 29, turned heads on Wednesday when she posted a video of herself admiring her flat stomach in the mirror.

Dressed in a white crop top, the mother of three pulled down her shorts to reveal her rippling abs while flashing a pouting expression.

‘I remember very clearly when someone once told me: “Your body will be ruined after you have children.” Me 3 children later,’ she wrote alongside the video.

Tammy continued to gush about her incredible postpartum body in her caption, while taking advantage of her popular fitness app.

“I feel stronger than ever,” he began, adding, “It’s a shame to remember that conversation.” Any body that gives life is beautiful. I have loved my body in every phase and stage, even more so when I have a big belly and can’t see my toes.’

“And just because I love to exercise and have continued to do so throughout my pregnancies doesn’t mean it works for everyone or is right for you,” Tammy continued.

The Instagram model reminded her fans not to “let other people set your standards,” before providing a link to her fitness app.

However, Tammy didn’t receive the overwhelming praise she perhaps expected, as her post quickly attracted an avalanche of criticism.

One user commented that it was “easy” for Tammy to look the way she does because she is a “millionaire” and therefore has time to exercise.

‘Yes, it helps when you’re only 28 and a fitness model! “You can’t compare that to the average woman,” another person wrote, while another added, “We wouldn’t all look like this if we got paid too!”

However, there were many fans who were quick to support Tammy and her message about postpartum weight loss.

‘I hate this weird mentality of saying this to women! I heard this with all my pregnancies and as long as you put in the work, your body will be even better,’ one user commented.

‘Same. The body was never ruined. Also, what a horrible thing pregnant women are commonly told. “How strange,” added another.

Tammy welcomed her third child, a daughter named Posey, with her latest ex-fiancé Matt Poole in June 2022.

She also shares son Wolf, eight, and daughter Saskia, six, with her first ex-fiancé Reece Hawkins.
