Tammy Hembrow underwent surgery after being hospitalized for an undisclosed condition.
The 30-year-old fitness influencer took to Instagram on Wednesday with a worrying image showing her reclining in a hospital bed.
He did not specify what the procedure was for.
“I just had surgery. I’ll post a YouTube video about it when I’m a little more recovered,” she wrote in the caption.
Shortly after, Tammy shared another image on her Stories showing a bouquet of red roses, Haribo ‘Tangfasties’ sweets, Oreos and a bottle of water alongside a handwritten note.
The note, written by Tammy’s fiancé Matt Zukowski, read: “I love you, always and forever. Xox. Matthew.”
Tammy and former Love Island star Zukowski, 28, got engaged in December after just three months of dating and are set to marry in November.
Over the image, Tammy wrote: “Just coming home from surgery. I love this man,” followed by a happy crying emoji.

Tammy’s health scare comes just hours after the influencer shared more details of her extravagant wedding plans.
In a series of photos posted on her profile, she looked glamorous in a tight white dress.
She posed with her future boyfriend, who wore a white shirt that left his chest exposed as the couple shared a kiss.

Tammy also shared a photo with her sisters, Amy and Emilee, who wore elegant black and mint dresses respectively.
In a photo, the bride-to-be also shared a selection of food, including oysters, arancini and sandwiches.
In the caption of the post, the social media star wrote: “Wedding menu tasting.”
The influencer, who has been engaged twice but never married, also expressed disbelief that her wedding is taking place this year.
“I still can’t believe I’m a bride of 2024,” she wrote.
