Tammy Hembrow announced the arrival of her daughter on Sunday morning.
And just hours after sharing the exciting news, the proud mother was photographed taking her newborn home from a Gold Coast hospital.
The 28-year-old fitness influencer cradled the child in her arms as she walked through the medical facility’s parking lot with fiancé Matt Poole.

“The absolute hardest but most rewarding thing I’ve ever done. A non-medicinal VBA2C [vaginal birth after two C-sections]† No words,” Tammy wrote in her caption.

“She’s beautiful, with twelve fingers and all,” he added, referring to his daughter’s rare mutation called polydactylism.
Tammy was also born with 12 fingers and had two removed shortly after she was born.
