“I think the most common thing is that people assume it’s about communication,” he said.

The star said it was “emotional” and a “relief” when she found out about her autism, and that before her diagnosis she had “hated a lot” herself.

“It was very important to me to use that platform to talk about it,” he said passionately.

‘The resemblance bothered me because I believed my “masculine” face was the only reason for my lack of love – FALSE!’ she said.

‘I was/am inherently valuable and worthy, at any stage of life, at any size, with any hairstyle! (Just like you).’

He added: ‘You need to soothe the wound inside your soul before you try to “fix” the outside.

“Be aware of the special, impressionable minds around you and your access to social media and potential triggering images or indicators that focusing too much on appearance is deeper than simply wanting to feel good in your own skin.”
