Sydney commuter chaos as the entire train line is BUT OUT at rush hour
Urgent track repairs have led to trains on one of Sydney’s busier train lines coming to a halt during Monday morning rush hour.
Trains between Edgecliff and Kings Cross on the T4 Eastern Suburbs to Illawarra line were halted at approximately 6am.
The outage then extended from Bondi Junction to Martin Place as buses replaced rail service.
Transport NSW urged passengers to allow for additional travel time.
Martin Place was yet to undergo urgent repairs during rush hour on 8 June.
The repairs similarly halted trains from Bondi Junction.
