T-Mobile has stopped working for tens of thousands of Americans across the country.
Users report that the outage left them without service, resulting in dropped calls and unsent text messages.
Others have reported no internet service due to outages.
An outage map shows problems in major cities, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Phoenix.
Downdetector, a site that monitors online problems, showed that the outages occurred around 1:45 p.m. ET, peaking at more than 19,000 reports at 2:30 p.m. ET.
This is a developing story…more updates to come.

T-Mobile has not acknowledged the outage on social media, leaving users in a panic and without cell service.
The company’s T-Mobile help account on X responded to some posts from frustrated customers, but did not issue a public statement.
T-Mobile is the nation’s second-largest wireless carrier, after Verizon, with more than 127 million customers.
‘T-Mobile has been out of service for hours in Utah. What a disaster,” shared a user on X.
Local news in Utah has suggested there is a “major event” affecting four cell towers in St George.
A user in the area asked at 3:00 pm ET if “anyone else was having issues with T-Mobile today.”
”Hello, let’s see what makes you have to use Wi-Fi calling in Salt Lake City, Utah. Find us in DM with your address,” T-Mobile Help shared at 3:28 p.m.
‘We will review coverage in your area immediately. Thank you.’
About 69 percent of problem reports to the Downdetector site are “No Signal,” 18 percent are “Mobile Phone,” and 13 percent of users are experiencing a “Total Blackout.”
Users are likely to see ‘SOS’ somewhere on their iPhone or Android screen, which means the device can only make emergency calls.
