Sydney Sweeney showed off her sexy style in a little black dress as she attended an event for her new film Immaculate.

The 26-year-old actress – who wore a different little dress earlier in the day – showed off her taut stomach in her look, which featured a sheer lace panel down the middle.

The sleeveless look also featured a ruffled, tiered mini skirt that allowed the star to show off her toned legs.

Sweeney completed the look with sheer black tights before completing the ensemble with black patent leather pointed heels.

The public appearance, held at 92NY in New York, was called Sydney Sweeney in conversation with Josh Horowitz.

Sydney’s recently cut blonde hair was styled into a deep side part and blown out into a wispy bob.

She dazzled with a radiant face of makeup that included dark mascara to make her big blue eyes pop.

The Handmaid’s Tale star dusted her cheeks with a pale pink tint and finished her cosmetic look with a matte, mauve lip shade.

She posed alongside MTV’s Horowitz on the red carpet.

The host was dressed in a red cardigan layered with a white crew-neck shirt, black pants and white sneakers.

The event was a live recording of his podcast Happy Sad Confused and attendees were treated to an advance screening of the horror film.

Sweeney recently said Variety on acting: “I love discovering places I didn’t think I could unlock – pushing the boundaries of what people expect of me.

“I would have liked to have a formal answer on how I (do it). But every time a director calls “action,” it’s like a light switch.

She continued: “I let all of Sydney’s thoughts and feelings and emotions go. And I am now whatever character I’m playing – I’m Cecilia right now.

Speaking about her new feature, she added: “I don’t like to rehearse; I don’t predict what will happen. What you saw (in the final moments of the film) was the first take.

The Madame Web actress always wanted to star in a horror film and accepted the “emotional trauma” her character goes through.

Sydney said: “I always want to do something new. I don’t want to do the same thing over and over again. It’s a lot of drawing, discovering characters. I love Cecilia’s journey and I loved the emotional trauma she goes through.

“And being in the horror genre is fun, because in this genre there are no limits or boundaries. I always find it very funny when people dismantle the rules of a horror film or its narrative . I figure it’s a horror movie. You’re just having fun. It’s not an Oscar movie; you know that comes into play.’
