It’s a case of lights, camera and action for Australian influencer Suzan Mutesi, who landed a role in an upcoming Hollywood rom-com.
The Ugandan-Australian actress, whose large following on Instagram has been the subject of controversy, will shine on the big screen alongside Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell.
Mutesi, 37, was seen filming scenes alongside the American movie stars at The Soda Factory in Sydney’s CBD this week.
Photos obtained by Daily Mail Australia show Suzan hugging Glen as she said goodbye to him after filming wrapped.
Bryan Brown, Rachel Griffiths, Michelle Hurd, and Darren Barnet will also appear in the film.

Originally from Uganda, Suzan moved to Australia for secondary school before receiving a Bachelor of Design with a minor in fashion.
And it’s clear that her flair for fashion has helped her land this career-defining role, along with her impressive acting chops.

Suzan has already had supporting roles in some of the biggest box office hits of recent years, including the Marvel epic ‘Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’.

Suzan boasts a whopping one million followers on Instagram, making her one of Australia’s most followed social media stars.
However, her page has come under fire before amid accusations that she uses Photoshop for her images and has even bought followers.
However, both Suzan and her manager have denied this, stating that she simply has a huge fan base globally.
She recently appeared on the reality competition series The Challenge, where she was eliminated in the first episode.
