A man has died after falling from the balcony of an apartment next to the port.
The resident, aged in his 30s, died after falling from a complex on Thornton Street in Darling Point, in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, at 9.30pm on Saturday.
NSW Police and an ambulance attended the scene and pronounced the man dead on arrival.

Detectives are not treating the death as suspicious.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
