A pedestrian is fighting for his life after being hit by a tram in Melbourne.
Paramedics were called to Elizabeth Street, near Therry Street, at around 4.30pm on Monday.
The man was trapped under the tram and had to be freed before he could be taken to the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a critical condition.
