Grace Warrior Irwin could be on her way to becoming Australia Zoo’s next CEO.
The two-year-old attended her first staff meeting on Friday morning.
His mother, Bindi, couldn’t wipe the smile off her face as she held her only son in front of the zoo employees so she could congratulate them on a job well done.
In a sweet video shared on the 24-year-old wildlife warrior’s Instagram page, Grace was seen sweetly asking her mom, “Can we do a staff meeting?”
Bindi happily agreed before taking her baby, which she shares with husband Chandler Powell, to the Crocoseum for a morning meeting with staff.

‘We are very excited that today Grace requested to come to our staff meeting. She so she will join us in the Crocoseum to say a few words,” Bindi said in the video.
She then quipped, “To be honest, it’s Grace who runs the zoo and makes all the big decisions.”
As Bindi stood in front of her team sitting in the stands, all dressed in the iconic khaki uniforms, Grace sheepishly greeted them all with a microphone held by her mother.
“You mean, ‘Thank you for your hard work?'” Bindi added.

“Thank you for the hard work,” Grace mimicked as staff members exclaimed in adoration.
Bindi continued: ‘These school holidays have been very busy, and you guys handled things effortlessly. So thanks.’
But there was one thing sweet little Grace didn’t want anyone to forget, and she quickly leaned in to jump in and say, “And the koalas” into the microphone.

Bindi happily complied before taking her bundle of joy, which she shares with her husband Chandler Powell (left), to the Crocoseum for a morning meeting with the staff.
“And koalas are cool too,” Bindi said to a chorus of laughter.
‘And that’s it, I think. Grace has almost covered it. So, we love you guys, and have a nice evening.’
Grace has clearly inherited the Irwin family’s love of wildlife, as she is often seen strolling through the zoo or on the beach with her mother.
Last month, the little girl was heard saying she’s “like a turtle” as she waded through the shallows at the beach with the help of Grandma Terri and Uncle Robert.
