The Cruel Summer singer took to the Wembley stage for the seventh night of her Eras Tour at the stadium.
Experiencing the worst of the unpredictable British weather, Taylor performed in an open-air stadium as the heavens opened up.
However, she took it all in stride, declaring to the crowd, which included her ex Taylor Lautner: “I think when it rains for more than SIX MINUTES, we can officially declare it a rain show!”
As the rain poured down, Taylor also experienced issues with her piano and had to call a crew member to help her fix a fault.
Despite the drizzle and the mishap, the crowd was in high spirits, with the likes of Channing Tatum and Zoe Kravitz leading the celebrity crowd, while in the pits there was another surprise proposal from a fan.
However, one face noticeably absent from the crowd was Harry Styles – the One Direction star was a no-show after fans were convinced he would make an appearance.

Taylor praised his audience, hailing it as the best sight to see in the tourist capital.
“Of all the places you can visit in London, I’m sure this view I’m seeing right now is the best,” Taylor told fans.
As is tradition at the megastar’s show, one lucky young fan was excited to receive the hat Taylor wore during her song ’22.’
In a clip shared on social media, the young fan looked in total shock as Taylor approached her and placed the black hat on her head.
During the song, Taylor made fans laugh when she suggested she felt like she was 55,000 years old during the number.
As the lyric went, “I feel 22,” Taylor used her hands to mimic the huge number, a joke about how old she felt at the moment.
The seventh night at Wembley also saw the return of a stunning Folklore-era dress, which Taylor had not worn in 15 shows.
The beautiful blue dress consisted of a satin skirt with a lace hem and a fitted corset.
It was completed with a diamond-encrusted sheer cape that draped over the star’s shoulders, with an attached train.
Taylor’s opening act on Monday was Maisie Peters, who the American star said was “the most incredible opening act possible”.
The singer praised Maisie, 24, as she took to the stage in front of 92,000 adoring fans.
Taylor admitted she was a “huge fan,” applauded the English singer’s writing skills and said she “did great.”
While Paramore will perform every night, Raye, Suki Waterhouse, Holly Humberstone, Sofia Isella and Maisie will play one night each.
Stopping a song to address the crowd, Taylor said: ‘The plan is for us to have a great night.
“But you guys already had a great night because you were absolutely blown away by the most amazing opening act possible.”
She continued: ‘She’s someone I’m a huge fan of, she’s amazing, she’s absolutely incredible, she killed it on stage, I love her songwriting so much!
‘Of course I’m talking about the amazing Maisie Peters!’
While Maisie warmed up the crowd, some were no doubt disappointed not to see Harry Styles following rumours he would be performing.
The X Factor star, 30, reportedly enjoyed a three-month fling with the American singer between 2012 and 2013 before they split after a “huge fight”.
