The mother of three too announced on Tuesday reveals that it would be her last performance before going on summer vacation for a few weeks.

It came as she and co-host Ben Shephard talked about EastEnders star Adam Woodyatt, who is taking a break from the soap after 35 years.

Ben, 46, said: “He’s taking a sabbatical, you can do that if you’ve been in one place long enough — you can get a bit of a sabbatical.”

To which Susanna joked, ‘Let me tell you what, I’m taking a summer sabbatical – today is my last day!’

Laughing, Ben joked, “Ah, have a nice day!” before adding, ‘No, no – we’ll miss you.’

Susanna rolled her eyes and replied, “God, that took a while.”

Susanna has not confirmed when she will return to the program, but she is expected to take her usual six-week break, which would mean returning in September.
