A judge declared Czech mentally competent to stand trial and he is expected back in court on August 8.

He was also seen in a confrontation with the employee and another older man in the parking lot, prompting a manager who was inside to call the police.

A manager told dispatchers, ‘I’ve got this guy outside. He just jumped on one of my customers. My customer just walked in.’

“This (Czech) cat was out there all night and finally got his hands on someone.”

At 5:33 a.m., another 911 call was made saying the same man was “eating the face of the man on the ground” at a nearby bus stop. Police arrived four minutes later and were horrified to find Czech with blood and “biological matter” on his face, hands, mouth and clothing.

“It’s serious, ma’am,” a store employee said on the 911 call. “Oh my God. I don’t know what the hell you’re doing to this man. This is some weird shit.”

A female officer asked Czech, “What’s going on?” as he sat next to his victim, both covered in blood and with Brown’s ear on the sidewalk, the local outlet reported.

He also told police he used his “teeth to eat (Brown’s) eyes and ears,” according to the documents.

He also allegedly claimed that Brown “attacked” him and thought he was fighting a “shapeshifter,” but a “higher power” helped him achieve victory.

He told police that voices in his head were telling him to kill a person named Drake, whom he didn’t know and thought was Brown. Czech also said he was “hallucinating.”
