A 29-year-old Las Vegas man stood in a parking lot and acted strangely before attacking his victim and eating her face, surveillance shows.
Colin Czech, 29, was seen doing push-ups, attacking and taunting a 7-Eleven employee in a parking lot and acting abnormally before allegedly killing Kenneth Brown near a Las Vegas bus stop on April 28.
Surveillance videos, obtained by 8 News NowIt shows a Czech man standing awkwardly in a far corner of a parking lot before awkwardly falling to the pavement to do unstable push-ups.
The man was later seen attacking a 7-Eleven employee around 3 a.m. after taunting him by imitating the worker as he swept the parking lot.
The two eventually got into an altercation near the corner of the convenience store after Czech punched the man, causing him to fall to the ground. The pair struggled and the employee eventually gained the upper hand and managed to escape.
He has been charged with murder and attempted murder.

A judge declared Czech mentally competent to stand trial and he is expected back in court on August 8.
He was also seen in a confrontation with the employee and another older man in the parking lot, prompting a manager who was inside to call the police.
A manager told dispatchers, ‘I’ve got this guy outside. He just jumped on one of my customers. My customer just walked in.’
“This (Czech) cat was out there all night and finally got his hands on someone.”
Czech, who is homeless, eventually left the 7-Eleven for another convenience store on Charleston Boulevard, before walking to the bus stop across the street.

Czech, who is homeless, eventually left the 7-Eleven to go to another convenience store, before walking to the bus stop across the street. He used a gun to kill Brown at the bus stop before allegedly eating the deceased man’s face, including his eyeball.

Witnesses called 911 and said Czech “was banging (Brown’s) head against the concrete, seemed paranoid, was yelling and screaming and was pacing back and forth in front of the business.”
At 5:33 a.m., another 911 call was made saying the same man was “eating the face of the man on the ground” at a nearby bus stop. Police arrived four minutes later and were horrified to find Czech with blood and “biological matter” on his face, hands, mouth and clothing.
“It’s serious, ma’am,” a store employee said on the 911 call. “Oh my God. I don’t know what the hell you’re doing to this man. This is some weird shit.”
A female officer asked Czech, “What’s going on?” as he sat next to his victim, both covered in blood and with Brown’s ear on the sidewalk, the local outlet reported.
He is charged with murder and attempted murder. A judge has declared Czech mentally competent to stand trial and he is expected to appear in court again on August 8.
Czech told police he had been awake for “five days straight” and that voices in his head “possessed” him and told him to kill someone.
He also told police he used his “teeth to eat (Brown’s) eyes and ears,” according to the documents.
He also allegedly claimed that Brown “attacked” him and thought he was fighting a “shapeshifter,” but a “higher power” helped him achieve victory.
He told police that voices in his head were telling him to kill a person named Drake, whom he didn’t know and thought was Brown. Czech also said he was “hallucinating.”
