Police have 'absolute proof' that missing Kentucky mother-of-four, Savannah Spurlock, was last seen alive going into the home of the man now charged in connection with her death.
DailyMail.com has learned that surveillance camera footage exists showing Spurlock entering David Sparks' home with two other men late on the evening of January 4th.
Crucially, there is no footage of ever leaving the house.
The camera, mounted on a neighbor's house just weeks earlier following a burglary, captured all the comings and goings of that night, the following morning and days after.
The body of Savannah Spurlock, 23, was discovered July 10 on a rural Kentucky property belonging to the parents of David Sparks six months after the disappearance on January 4. New footage shows Spurlock entering Sparks' home but never coming out
This is the home in Lancaster, Kentucky, where Spurlock's body was found naked, bound and buried in trash bags in the backyard
Last week David Sparks, 23, appeared in Garrard District Court for a preliminary hearing to establish probable cause for the charges of tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse.
The court heard how Spurlock's body had been found naked, bound, bundled into trash bags and buried in a shallow grave in an outlying storage shed behind Sparks 'parents' home in rural Kentucky.
The discovery marked a grim end to the seven-month search for the missing 23-year-old.
Now a DailyMail.com investigation has uncovered new details of just what happened to Spurlock the night she left The Other Bar in Lexington with Sparks and two other people and traveled with them to his home, an hour south, in the small town of Lancaster.
The disturbing picture that has now emerged includes the claim that the men took cell phone video or Spurlock performing a sex act on each of them and one neighbor's chilling recollection of hearing screams in the night.
Locals who spoke to DailyMail.com asked not to be named for fear of retribution as an atmosphere of fear has descended on the small street or ramshackle rentals and fixer uppers to which Spurlock went with the men that night.
According to one, 'Sparks is the sort of guy that if you don't do what he wants he gets mad, he loses it.
'They all took advantage of a drunk girl that night and then the other two left her alone with Sparks.
'They took cell phone video or her. The guys were showing it around at work. She was so drunk she couldn't speak, it was like she couldn't speak English. "
Neighbors tell DailyMail.com the men she left the bar with took cell phone video or Spurlock performing a sex act on each of them and showed it to others at work
Authorities said Spurlock was driven to Sparks' rural home in the back of a car with two of the men while another vehicle driven by the third man followed behind. Both cars were seized and examined by police as part of their investigation

Investigators would not comment on the existence of any such cell phone footage beyond saying that that was not information they had ever released.
Another neighbor told DailyMail.com that she has been haunted by her own memory of the night Spurlock went missing.
Clearly distressed, the woman, who asked not to be named said, 'I heard screams in the night. I thought at first it was the kids next door but then I knew it wasn't.
'I tried to wake my husband but he was mostly too drunk. I got up and I listened and I know they were coming from that house.
Spurlock gave birth to twins in December and she also has a four-year-old son, Noah, and a two-year-old son, Jace
'They just didn't start looking for a while after but when the police came I just knew. I knew what I had heard. I know something bad happened in there
'She never came out of there alive. I told the police when they came searching. "
While the search of Sparks' parents' home in February made national news, the search of his rental home just five days after Spurlocks' disappearance, and the place where Spurlock was actually last seen alive, was not publicized.
Residents there at the time recalled how officers descended on the property and searched the yards and thicket behind it and neighboring homes.
But before the cops showed up for that first search on January 10, the neighbor said, "Sparks was in and out of that house taking things out, furniture, rugs … There was a lot of activity at that house before the cops ever came.
'The day after they came the first time another car pulled up and he (Sparks) loaded a whole lot of stuff in there and took off and I ain't never seen him again. He never came back. "
Sparks moved back to his parents' house.
She continued, "The police came back (in April) and they sealed up the windows and did all the forensics but there had been so much traffic in that house before they did that. I don't know what was left to find."
In fact, Luminol testing showed human blood on the inside of a closet in Sparks' bedroom. It is being tested to see if it is a match for Spurlock's.
The closet was directly in front of a rectangular gray area back identical to one found buried with Spurlock's remains.
Sparks, 23, was arrested on July 11 after the remains were uncovered on the property owned by his parents in Garrard County
Kentucky State Police said they received a tip that led them back to the rural home in Garrard County that they had searched immediately after Spurlock disappeared. They found the human remains buried on the property just before midnight
Savannah's father, Cecil, 54, and his fiancée, Cheryl Lynn Wright are pictured leaving court last week after Sparks' hearing. Spurlock hero a photograph of himself with his daughter in his lap
Detective Tye Chavies of Kentucky State Police told the court at Sparks' preliminary hearing last week that Sparks had sent his sister, Sarah, a text message the day after he had left The Other Bar with Spurlock and tasks her back to his home in which he asked , 'Hey where did you get that back? I'm going to get another one. "
Surveillance footage and a receipt of purchase shows that went to Walmart and purchased the rug that very day.
Within days of being reported missing by her worried mother, Ellen, Sparks was identified as one of the three men shown in security footage or Spurlock leaving the Lexington bar.
And according to several who know him, as suspicions started swirling locally and then more widely, Sparks and some other family members, ground spreading the rumor that Spurlock had run off with another man and said she was sick of being a mom. "
Spurlock gave birth to her two youngest children, twins, in December and was already mother to two sons age four and two.
That night in Lexington was the first night out since the birth. But one of the two girls with Spurlock that night left early and the other left the young mother alone after the two clashed when she wanted to leave and Spurlock refused to come.
One associate said, "Sparks was going round trash-talking saying she had just walked out of her life and you hear that some women do that.
'He was saying what was she partying when she had all these kids that sort of thing.
'He said she told him she was sick of being a mom and just wanted out. He said she was working off baby number five. "
Sparks' cousin, Jason Sparks, responded to allegations that his brother was involved in Spurlock's disappearance
In angry Facebook messages reposted on a Reddit thread, Sparks' cousin, Jason, responded to allegations that his brother was involved in Spurlock's disappearance in a similar way.
He wrote, ".. we dk (don't know) where she is but I know where she isn't and that's at home taking care of her 4 kids … she's probably working somewhere on the 5th kid."
He went on to challenge online accusers saying, 'don't ya think that by now they would have done something and made a judgment but they didn't because he nor I or my gf didn't have s *** to do with it… my personal belief the mother of the year goes to the bitch that's on the run cause she didn't want to face her time she was looking at. '
Spurlock was due in court on a DUI charge days after she went missing.
Police have not commented on why they did not find Spurlock's remains on their first search of the Sparks' property in February.
They have not commented on whether or not they believe the body has been moved before its burial on the property.

Allen Sparks (pictured) reportedly alerted authorities after a foul smell came from his backyard. This led to the discovery of Spurlock
She was buried in a grave just 19 inches at her deepest and so shallow in places that the black plastic of the trash bags was visible without disturbing the ground.
It was Sparks' father, Allen, a pastor at nearby Lancaster Full Gospel Outreach Church whose report or a 'foul odor' led to the discovery of Spurlock's remains and the judgment of his son.
Everyone who spoke to DailyMail.com described Allen, 59, and Alta Sparks, 52, who are also parents to two daughter, Sarah, 20, and Hannah, 22, as "good people."
One remembered David playing guitar with the family at church services on Sundays.
Another said, 'The parents and the grandparents are good folk and the girls but the sons (David and Joshua) they're just trouble. One's crazier than the next. "
For Spurlock's family there is at least some cold comfort in the fact that they are able to bring home.
Her father Cecil Spurlock, 54, attended Sparks's preliminary hearing on Monday along with his fiancee Cheryl Lynn Wright, 51, and his daughter's closest friends Sabrina Speratos, 22, and Kala Hamblin, 22.
He clutched a photograph of his daughter and said that right now he was just "trying to breath." Spurlock's mother, Ellen, 47, has not been seen in public nor has she commented since the daughter was found.
Spurlock was laid to rest at a private ceremony in Richmond, Kentucky on Wednesday. But the investigation into death is far from over.
Police have not commented on whether or not the other two people with Sparks that night will face charge and told DailyMail.com that the charging process for Sparks "is not over."
