Suri was wearing slip-on sandals and a large bag slung over one shoulder.
The brunette teenager, who now uses her mother’s middle name as her last name, will head off to Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh in the fall.

Her sighting comes weeks after she attended her high school prom with her boyfriend Toby Cohen.
Suri revealed her college in a TikTok where she and her friends wore their chosen college’s sweatshirt, revealing the name to the camera.
The teenager, whose famous father had nothing to do with her upbringing, has always been determined to forge her own path.
She applied to a number of universities with the artistic teenager’s “inclination” towards the study of fashion.
Carnegie Mellon’s School of Design is one of the oldest and most highly regarded programs in the country.
Now, with acceptance into their hallowed halls, a remarkably stylish mother and a wardrobe said to be worth $5 million, Suri is off to the best possible start if that is the path she chooses.
A source close to her told DailyMail.com: “She’s a smart girl and is developing into a very intelligent mature young woman. She has a very close group of loyal friends and knows exactly where she’s coming from.”
But while Holmes will surely be proud of her daughter’s stellar achievement, sources say she is “overwhelmed” at the thought of sending her little girl to college.
Speaking recently, one of them told DailyMail.com: “Katie is very proud of herself, but she’s also extremely overprotective.”
Perhaps not surprising, given that for the past 11 years, Holmes has raised Suri virtually single-handedly.

Tom’s only contribution to his daughter’s life has been financial and he has not been seen with her since 2013, after Holmes left the marriage and the Church of Scientology, the religion to which Cruise is so devoted.
Under the divorce settlement, Cruise agreed to pay Holmes $400,000 a year until Suri turns 18 and will also continue to pay her college tuition.
Under the terms of the agreement, although he is physically absent from his daughter’s life, he has covered and will continue to cover “her medical, dental, insurance, education, college and other extracurricular expenses.”
