She’s one of the most surgically enhanced women in the world, but now social media star Mary Magdalene is toning down her extreme appearance.
Earlier this week, the 30-year-old Mexican-born model revealed her smaller chest after having her size 38J breast implants removed when one of them burst, leaving her with a ‘uniboob’.
It’s the first of many procedures for Mary, who plans to dissolve her failed lip and cheek fillers next as she continues her journey back to natural beauty.
Sharing her new look with her 212,000 followers on Instagram, Mary gushed: ‘I love it!’
She added: “I’ve had huge implants for so long it was a scary change, but I’m very happy with it.” Shopping is now fun because I have cute tops on’.

In a series of separate posts, the OnlyFans star said she was happy with how light her scar was and was grateful to have found a “good doctor.”
Despite having her breast implants removed, Mary still has her buttock implants, which she has improved several times over with everything from multiple BBL procedures to illegal silicone injections.
However, the model is also expected to reduce the size of her butt eventually.
Last month, the 30-year-old told her fans that her dangerous addiction to plastic surgery had nearly killed her and also ruined her financially.

In an emotional post, Mary admitted she had been “stuck in an endless cycle” of plastic surgery, constantly going under the knife to correct failed procedures.
“It’s not a fun little adventure anymore, it’s just exhausting in every possible way,” he said.
‘My time is running out, my bank account, my energy, my health. And in the long run, you end up digging yourself into a really expensive and time consuming hole.’
He went on to say that maintaining his outrageous aesthetic is “not worth all this unnecessary stress/energy” in his life.
Mary, who was recovering in the hospital after her breast reduction, said she was “super happy” with the results of her reduction so far and felt much better without the weight of the 38J breast implants.
“My back feels amazing,” he said. “The clothes look unreal on me and when I talk to people, they don’t just look at my boobs.”
She added: “My goal is just to tone things down to the point that when I speak, people will see me, not my surgeries.”

Mary also plans to rename herself ‘Divine Denise’, a reference to her birth name.

Earlier this month, Mary told TMZ it was a drug-fueled moment of coming closer to Jesus that led her to tone down her dangerous body modifications.
“I was doing a lot of whippets and shrooms, and then I realized through that spiritual awakening that maybe it’s better for my general well-being to just tone it down a bit, you know, with surgeries,” she explained.
“It’s really strange to see my punani cut like that, it already looks so different, but it’s hard to see past the cuts and bruises,” she added.
Over the years, her surgeries have included a brow lift, fat transfers, multiple nose and breast jobs, veneers, liposuction, BBL over butt implants, porcelain veneers, and more.
Mary also received illegal silicone ‘under the table’ butt injections after doctors denied her any more BBLs. She then sealed the wounds with super glue and duct tape.
The model, whose real name is Denise, said she was a “born again virgin” after her labiaplasty and didn’t want to be a “mess” again.
“I refuse to treat myself with anything but love, care and respect,” he declared.
The former stripper and escort became internet famous in 2018 after undergoing an illegal procedure to create ‘the world’s fattest vagina’.
Even though the surgery earned her a place in the record books, it nearly killed her.

‘I almost died during the procedure. I had to receive two blood transfusions,” she said.
