An agency founded by supermodel Naomi Campbell and billionaire Umar Kamani is recruiting interns for jobs that require extensive experience.
Kamani, founder of online fast fashion giant PrettyLittleThing, and Campbell, whose fortune is said to be worth £50m, set up Dubai-based talent agency KC Global Partnerships in September.
In a job ad posted on Instagram, the company’s public relations director, Amy Simon, said, “I’m looking for full-time interns.” Please note that this is a full-time office position (10-5pm) and travel expenses will be covered.
The advertisement states that they are looking for candidates who “have confidence working in a variety of administrative tasks, a strong interest in social media and confidence in uploading content for the agency’s channels, assisting directors with their daily tasks, including market research, assisting in new business platforms and liaising with clients.’

It also said that “experience working in a busy PR and talent office is preferred but not essential.”
The ad does not mention salary, but it does say that the agency would pay for travel expenses.
When contacted by The Mail on Sunday yesterday, the company spokeswoman said “internships are common”, adding: “Discussions about hourly rates are suggested during interviews for transparency, depending on the participation of the candidate”.
A source familiar with the company says the position “appears to be more than just work experience.”
The informant added: ‘The skills requested are of a fairly high level for an intern. Skills like this are generally aimed at jobs that pay between £30,000 and £40,000.
In May, Kamani, 36, who is said to be worth £700million, spent £20million on his wedding to model Nada Adelle, 31.
A week after he and Campbell announced their business venture, it was revealed that she had been banned from being a charity trustee after a UK watchdog found funds had been spent on luxury hotels and spa treatments.
