When asked about conversations he had with Jackson before he passed away in 2009, Usher said there was “an admiration for what I do as an artist.”
“He didn’t really say much. “Whenever we had conversations, they were pretty brief, but what he did tell me was that he appreciated the fact that I’m a singing and dancing guy and the fact that that’s not an easy thing to do.” Usher added.
