Bol Bol had a strong accusation against the NBA referees after they called a foul on rookie sensation Victor Wembanyama.
The fifth-year veteran was tasked with guarding the Spurs’ franchise player on Saturday when the Phoenix Suns traveled to San Antonio.
In the second quarter, Bol was called for a foul after referees saw contact during a Wembanyama drive to the basket. The Frenchman scored a layup and was heading to the free throw line when the broadcast captured Bol’s reaction.
“You’re all screwed bro,” he said while shaking his head. ‘I understand.’
Despite Bol’s accusations, the Suns limited Wembanyama to 13 points and five rebounds. Phoenix earned a 131-106 victory on the road.

Devin Booker led the Suns with 32 points, seven rebounds and nine assists. Kevin Durant scored 25 points, while Bradley Beal recorded a double-double with 13 points and 12 assists.
Bol, Eric Gordon and Drew Eubanks each scored in double figures off the bench with 13, 12 and 10 points, respectively.
Phoenix is in seventh place in the Western Conference with a record of 41-29. They have won their last three games with 11 left to play in the regular season.
On the other hand, the Spurs have lost their last three and eight of their last ten. They are in last place in the West with a record of 15-55.
Still, Wembanyama is the favorite to win Rookie of the Year, averaging 20.9 points, 10.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists in his first year.
