“I’m not sure if this sounds very healthy”: Sunrise’s Samantha Armytage reveals its worries about Adele’s dramatic weight loss – after signing a lucrative WW deal
Samantha Armytage has voiced her concerns about the recent dramatic weight loss of singer Adele.
Appeared on Wednesday’s Sunrise Sunrise, the 43-year-old wondered if Adele’s 45 kg weight loss was done in a “healthy” way, amid claims that the British star followed a diet of “green juice and 1,000 calories per day’.
“I’m not sure if this sounds very healthy,” said Samantha, who is a WW ambassador (formerly Weight Watchers).
During the segment, health coach Samantha Jackson spoke to the Sunrise host about whether losing 45 pounds in less than a year is “dangerous for a human.”
“I mean, she earns her living singing. Is it dangerous for her voice? begged host Samantha.
Mrs. Jackson simply replied that she hoped Adele’s slimming didn’t affect her voice.

Fears: During the segment, health coach Samantha Jackson spoke to the Sunrise host about whether losing 45 kg in less than a year was “dangerous.”
Despite asking various questions about Adele’s diet secrets, Samantha insisted that she was not fond of such discussions.
“I don’t like to talk about the weight of women, be what you want to be, as long as she is happy,” she told David “Kochie” Koch.
Just like Adele, Sam has undergone a dramatic downsizing in recent months after he signed for WW as a celebrity ambassador last year.

In May of last year, the blonde revealed that she had already lost 10 kilos after only a few months after the unemployment program.
“It’s not just about losing weight, it’s about a holistic approach to life and about maintaining weight, which I find most difficult to do as a shift,” she said news.com.au at the time.
The TV star added: “I feel great, absolutely fantastic – don’t forget that I get up at 15.15, so being a little lighter and having more energy all day really helps. It’s a nice feeling and I want to continue.
Rumors suggest that Sam signed a $ 500,000 deal as the newest spokesperson The Sydney Morning Herald.
