Natalie Barr has revealed she has been too busy to look after her health.
The Sunrise host decided to take charge of her life and set up a workout station inside her home to keep up with her fitness regimen.
The 56-year-old has installed a Your Reformer Pilates reformer bed inside her home so she can sweat whenever she wants.
“This year has not gone as planned. (Regarding exercise). “I’ve been constantly booking classes and then having to cancel them due to work or life,” he wrote on Instagram.
‘So they brought me the plan. A Pilates reformer in my house! I’m starting little by little’ Natalie added.

He explained that he is renting the machine for $39, while the brand’s website further explains that you can purchase one of the beds for $2,995.
A video alongside her post showed the TV star training on the machine, without makeup and really sweating.
It comes after Natalie revealed what clothes her stylists “avoid” dressing her in while presenting the Channel Seven breakfast show, including anything “bright, voluminous, pinstriped or checked”.
Revealing her fashion secrets to The Daily TelegraphShe said: ‘Every time I wear flowers, people say I look like my grandmother’s sofa.

‘If I wear a transparent top people say I look like I’ve just come out of a night out. We try to stick to solid colors, but avoid bright, bulky, thin stripes and checks.’
Natalie went on to say that her colorful look on the show is a far cry from the ‘black, navy and brown’ ensembles she chooses in ‘real life.’
However, the TV star said she enjoys being able to show “a different version” of herself on screen.
Natalie said being able to wear a variety of Australian brands such as Camilla and Marc, Zimmerman and Scanlan Theodore is a fun part of her job.
She explained that since replacing Samantha Armytage as host of the popular show, she has become more open-minded about working with stylists who tell her, “just try it.”
