Natalie Barr has given a brutal assessment of the current state of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s relationship.
The topic was addressed on Tuesday with the Sunrise panel, which included Natalie Barr, Matt Shirvington and Mark Beretta, who discussed how the Hollywood couple were spotted together over the weekend and rumors of a possible reconciliation.
“Many are wondering if there could be a possible reconciliation in their on-again, off-again relationship,” host Monique Wright said as she introduced the short segment.
“The estranged couple apparently shared a brunch with their children in Beverly Hills, and sources there reported seeing the two holding hands and kissing,” it continued.
Returning to the couch, Monique asked the panel if Jennifer and Ben had reached a particular point in their relationship.
“Do you think they’ve gotten to the point where thinking about their ex makes them throw up in their mouths?” she asked.
Without hesitation, Nat responded with a firm “yes” before surmising that the couple “can’t stand each other.”
“They’re only doing it for the kids,” Nat added in her brutal assessment of the relationship.
Sunrise star Natalie Barr has given a brutal assessment of the current state of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s relationship.
In the blink of an eye, Nat retracted her original call and admitted, “No, I have no idea.”
Hopeless romantic Mark Beretta still had hope for the couple.
“There’s something there, isn’t there?” he asked. “They keep coming back.”
“Beretts is Bennifer’s team,” Nat replied. “Who would have thought?”
Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben last month, following months of speculation about the status of their marriage.
“Do you think they’ve gotten to the point where thinking about their ex makes them throw up in their mouth?” Monique Wright asked the Sunrise panel.
In court documents seen by DailyMail.com, the singer listed their split date as April 26, 2024.
A source close to the star told DailyMail.com that Jennifer’s close associates are growing tired of her chaotic love life.
“After four failed marriages, her friends feel she should look inward and focus on herself instead of what others want her to be and finally figure out who she is and what she wants from her future,” the source said.
The source told DailyMail.com that the My Love Don’t Cost A Thing star isn’t the only one capable of playing mind games.
Explaining Ben’s attitude of taking the high road, the source said: “Jennifer said she was tired of Ben putting her down and waited until the second anniversary because she wanted to be tough.
“But it didn’t hurt him. He’s been finished for a long time and deep down she knows it. He let her do it so she wouldn’t look like the bad guy.”
The couple began to spark separation rumors when they had not been seen together for 47 days.
However, in recent months, the pair have been spotted together on a handful of occasions, but notably all of those were when Ben’s children were present as they had reportedly been trying to rekindle their romance.
Without a second’s hesitation, Nat responded with a firm “yes” before assuming that the couple “can’t stand each other” and adding: “They only do it for the kids.”
