Sarah Snook returns home to work in Australia after becoming a Hollywood star.
The 36-year-old actor will begin filming a new television thriller in Melbourne at the end of the month.
The Golden Globe-winning actor will star in All Her Fault, a suburban thriller that follows a young mother’s nightmarish journey.
Succession star Sarah, originally from South Australia, will play the role of Marissa Irvine, who arrives at a home to pick up her young son from a playdate, a synopsis for the show states.
“But the woman who answers the door is not a mother she knows. She is not the nanny. She does not have Milo. And so begins every parent’s worst nightmare,” it reads.
The series is based on the 2021 book of the same name by author Andrea Mara.
The show, commissioned by entertainment giant NBC Universal, will be filmed in Melbourne, with award-winning director Minkie Siro helming the first episode.
“I’m really excited to be back working in Melbourne,” Snook said.

Snook rose to fame with her breakout performance on the hit television show Succession, where she played the daughter of a media mogul who feuds with her brothers to gain control of the company.
And she’s not the only star coming to Melbourne for the show.
Joining her in the cast are Equalizer 3’s Dakota Fanning, White Lotus’ Jake Lacy, The Bear’s Abby Elliott, It’s Sophie Lillis, and Unstoppable’s Michael Pena.
Wolf’s Megan Gallagher will serve as writer, creator and executive producer.

He works alongside executive producers Nigel Marchant, Gareth Neame and Joanna Strevens for Carnival Films, Jennifer Gabler Rawlings and Christine Sacani, producer Terry Gould and associate producer Andrea Mara.
Filming begins in late August and the Victorian government hopes the project will create 2,000 jobs for film industry workers and inject $70 million into the state’s economy.
“Victoria is a sought-after destination for film productions of all genres and sizes and we are proud to support this important series which will boost local film jobs and businesses and inject more than $70 million into our economy,” said Creative Industries Minister Colin Brooks.
