NRL star Victor Radley has re-listed his beautiful home in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, with the four-bedroom, three-bathroom pad set to go under the hammer next week.
The auction, scheduled for April 20, will be the third time the Roosters champion, 25, has attempted to offload the Waverley home since November.
Radley has revised the price guide to $3,800,000 after the elegant home failed to find a buyer in February with a listing of $4,000,000.
Purchased by the football star in 2021 for $2,999,000, Radley spent an estimated $500,000 on upgrades.
It first attempted to sell in November with a price guide of $4.4 million.

According to the Daily Telegraph Radley put the property on the rental market last month for a cool $2,650 a week.
Radley reportedly changed his mind about renting the ultra-modern pad after just a few days and put it back up for sale.
Known as the NRL’s ‘bad boy’, Radley is looking to find a bigger home after welcoming his first child earlier this year with partner Taylah Cratchley, the publication reported in January.
