Stuntman, 32, admits that he & # 39; is emotionally waterboarded & # 39; ex-girlfriend but denies killing and burying her
Kirill Belorusov on trial in Old Bailey, London, for the murder of Laureline Garcia-Bertaux in Kew, South West London in November 2018
A stuntman accused of strangling his ex-girlfriend and buried her in a flower bed, then his lyrics that asked her to & # 39; nude photo & # 39; s & # 39; were read in court.
Kirill Belorusov, 32, is said to have smothered French film producer Laureline Garcia-Bertaux, 34, with a ligature before she tied her feet and hands behind her back.
Belorusov then wrapped her corpse in garbage bags before he buried her under a thin layer of soil in the garden of her flat in Darell Road, Kew, south-west London, it is said.
Belorusov gave evidence today and admitted that he was a & # 39; monster & # 39; and that he was Garcia-Bertaux emotionally & # 39; waterboarded & # 39; while claiming he died of cancer.
Oliver Glasgow, QC, prosecuted, asked Belorusov, the son of an Estonian police officer: "Why do people who care about you tell all these lies about your cancer treatment?"
He answered; & # 39; Probably because I'm cruel or mean or maybe I wanted to hurt her. & # 39;

Belorusov said he was emotionally involved in the & # 39; water boarding & # 39; had been harassed his ex-girlfriend for & # 39; nude & # 39; in 2018, despite the fact that she had her & # 39; thick & # 39; and at the same time went out with another woman, heard jury members.
& # 39; Waterboarding is a torture technique, right? What does it mean for you? & # 39; Mr. Glasgow asked.
The Estonia replied: & I just think mentally whining.
& # 39; I don't think she is able to argue or be unhappy because I gave her money. & # 39;
The Estonian correctly guessed its WiFi password as its own name, & # 39; kirillbelorusov1 & # 39; when using it to watch pornography a few hours after the murder, the Old Bailey heard.
Belorusov laughed when texts were read from him to the victim.
& # 39; Will it be possible for some nude photos & # 39; s to keep me motivated and happy until Friday? & # 39; read once.
& # 39; I want to see you all, please be kinky.
& # 39; I want booby and you naked and beautiful. I miss your soft round myself. & # 39;

Asked why he sent the messages, Belorusov revealed that it was her & # 39; poking and irritating & # 39 ;.
& # 39; I was just trying to poke her and tell her something she didn't really like, & # 39; said Belorusov.
& # 39; That's the kind of talk she never really likes.
& # 39; I asked her for something that I thought would annoy her, & # 39; he said.
& # 39; In the first year of our relationship (I got) about 50 GB (gigabytes) of nude photos & sex tapes, I didn't need anything extra. & # 39; s
Mr. Glasgow asked: & There are many messages that call her beautiful. Why would you say that about someone you didn't have a romantic interest in? & # 39;
Belorusov, who denies Mrs. Garcia-Bertaux's murder, replied, "Do you want me to be honest and call her overweight and fat?"

& # 39; I started 50 diets with her, I decided to jog with her, run with her to go to the gym with her.
& # 39; She gained 25 kg and her friends told her how full she is. No, she wasn't. She was eating stress and none of her friends told her that was a problem. & # 39;
Mr. Glasgow said: & # 39; These are messages that you send to someone you are not interested in, that you are trying to learn a lesson in your own words. Do you think she might have the wrong end of the stick? & # 39;
Belorusov answered: & # 39; Yes maybe. But that's how we spoke. & # 39;
The body of Miss Garcia-Bertaux was found in the back yard of a semi-detached house in Kew
Telephone tracking data shown to the court locate Belorusov in the victim's house during March 3 – the day of the murder and also of his 32nd birthday.
Belorusov had arranged to celebrate with his new girlfriend, but said he was too lazy & # 39; felt like traveling to her apartment in Kilburn.
He claimed that he was sitting on a bench at the end of Mrs. Garcia-Bertaux's way and scratching pork and drinking beer the next day until 7.30 am.

Belorusov said he smoked the evening and sporadically walked back to the filmmaker's flat because he & # 39; curious & # 39; was moving to her progress.
& # 39; I came into the park and saw a bench and I just couldn't resist sitting on it & # 39 ;, Belorusov told jury members.
& # 39; I went back to Laureline to see how she was doing.

& # 39; I think I was curious about the progress of what was happening inside, because I was leaving in a hurry, I would say.
& # 39; I was at her door perhaps five, six, seven times that day.
& # 39; I can't really give you a direct answer (why). I just didn't want to leave. I was just too lazy to go to the station. & # 39;
Martin Rutherford QC, defensively, asked Belorusov: & # 39; Finally, did you kill Mrs. Garcia-Bertaux? & # 39;
He replied: & absolutely not.
& # 39; I've never raised a hand, never put a finger on that girl in my life.
& # 39; I left and never entered the property again (on March 3).
& # 39; I often stood at the door, but I never re-entered the site. & # 39;
Belorusov, without a fixed address, denies murder.
The process continues.
