A renowned plastic surgeon imprisoned and tortured his model girlfriend before trying to cover up his abuse by inserting fillers into the eye socket he had destroyed, a new lawsuit claims.
Dr. Ammar Mahmoud has attracted dozens of glowing testimonials from his clients at Manhattan’s Alinea Medical Spa, where he has a “particular focus on wellness and sexual function.”
But model Maya Willow Sias claims she was repeatedly beaten, raped and forced to have sex with prostitutes at her luxury condo a few blocks up Fifth Avenue.
Sias, 25, said he feared for his life and filed a $10 million lawsuit against the respected doctor, alleging he is a violent sexual addict who abuses drugs and alcohol.
“While one might believe that today it would be impossible to be shocked by depraved and misogynistic conduct, Dr. Ammar Mahmoud’s callous and egregious actions reach a level previously unimaginable,” the lawsuit states.
Maya Willow Sias was an aspiring model and influencer when she met renowned plastic surgeon and gynecologist Dr. Ammar Mahmoud at a yacht party in April last year.
Within weeks, she was recording the results of the violent abuse he inflicted on her, she claims, while she was imprisoned as his “sex slave” in his luxury condominium on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue.
Sias was making a name for herself as a model and influencer when she met Mahmoud in April last year during a yacht party in Miami.
The North Carolina girl said she turned down his invitation to have a threesome with his then-girlfriend, but accepted a date when she came to New York to work as a model.
He began showering her with expensive gifts and glamorous trips abroad, but only revealed his “monstrous temper” after persuading her to move into his 17th-floor apartment, she claims.
“Almost every night, Dr. Mahmoud abused drugs and alcohol, and forced himself on Willow at all hours of the night, regardless of whether Willow consented to the sexual acts or was even conscious,” the lawsuit alleges.
And he allegedly became enraged after she woke up one night in June last year to find him entertaining three prostitutes in the two-bedroom apartment.
“After the women left, Dr. Mahmoud violently threw Willow to the ground, mercilessly punched her in the face and body, and covered her face with a pillow, causing her to lose consciousness,” the lawsuit states.
“Upon regaining consciousness, Willow found herself in excruciating pain, her right eye swollen shut, her right orbital socket fractured, her head deformed, and her body and face covered in blood and bruises,” he adds.
“I thought I was going to die,” he said. The mail.
Mahmoud, 40, is the founder of Well Woman Associates Obstetrics and Gynecology and has earned excellent client testimonials at Alinea Medical Spa in Manhattan.
He allegedly smuggled her into his clinic, where he injected fillers into her eye socket in an act of “calculated cruelty” designed to disguise his attacks on her.
In October, she documented her injuries after he allegedly held her down while one of his guests repeatedly punched her in the face.
Sias said Mahmoud later apologized and “professed his undying love.”
But he allegedly refused to allow her to seek medical help and imprisoned her under threat of violence in his apartment for a month until her wounds began to heal.
Sias said he monitored the location of her mobile phone to make sure it did not move, but she used it to take graphic photographs of the abuse she had suffered.
Six weeks later, with the beating still apparent, he smuggled her into his clinic, where he injected fillers into her eye socket in an act of “calculated cruelty” designed to disguise his attack, according to the document.
“The procedure was excruciating and intentionally painful due to the lack of anesthetic,” the lawsuit states.
“He stabbed me in the face with a needle, I could feel the needle scratching the bone,” she said.
A profile of the Rutgers University graduate describes him as a “highly respected gynecological cosmetic surgeon, known for his expertise in minimally invasive procedures.”
“She has a particular focus on wellness and sexual function, and is dedicated to providing her patients with compassionate and professional care based on their individual needs,” Yourhealthmagazine.com reported.
But as the months passed, Mahmoud forced Sias to take antidepressants and ketamine to “keep her obedient and docile,” the lawsuit claims, as his alleged abuse escalated.
‘Mahmoud subjected Willow to further emotional, physical and sexual abuse, forcing her to engage in non-consensual sexual activity with strangers, sexually assaulting her while she was unconscious, and physically restraining and threatening her.
‘Specifically, Dr. Mahmoud forced Willow to engage in threesomes with prostitutes, even though she expressly told him “no.”
In October, he allegedly held her down while one of his guests repeatedly punched her in the face.
Five days before Christmas, she fled the apartment and flew to Los Angeles, where she has since managed to resume her modeling career.
But she claims the treatment she received from him has left her with post-traumatic stress disorder, insomnia, claustrophobia and a “diminished capacity for sex and intimacy.”
And the lawsuit claims Mahmoud has a “long history of abuse toward women,” noting that his ex-wife previously sued him for raping her, beating her and suffocating her with a pillow.

She also alleges that he forced her to take human growth hormone because he did not “approve” of her body.
Mahmoud sued his ex-wife for defamation in 2019, denouncing her accusations as “blatant fabrications,” and both lawsuits remain unresolved.
The doctor has not yet responded to Sias’s subpoena, which was filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday, but told the Post he would oppose the lawsuit and “unequivocally” denies his claims.
