An FBI agent testified that allegations that star real estate agents — the Alexander brothers drugged and raped dozens of women — are “credible.”

Special Agent Justine Atwood told a Miami court that she has interviewed 40 women in connection with federal sex trafficking charges filed against Tal Alexander, 38, his brother Oren Alexander, 37, and his security expert twin, Alon Alexander.

The brothers have been accused of luring dozens of women to luxury venues before plying them with alcoholic beverages or forcibly raping them between 2010 and 2021.

Atwood told the court that the accusers were strangers to each other, came from different locations and were sexually assaulted at various times.

He said there were graphic videos, photographs and text messages exchanged between the brothers that substantiate the allegations.

Atwood was speaking at a detention hearing for Tal, during which his bail application was denied after Judge Lisette Reid deemed him a “flight risk”.

That same day, a Florida judge had granted Oren $3 million bail and his twin $2 million on state charges stemming from the same investigation, but they were ordered detained pending their own federal hearing.

Reid agreed with the prosecution’s argument that, because of the family’s wealth, Tal would be a flight risk if released even if he were placed under house arrest and wearing a GPS monitor, saying those provisions “have demonstrated not be infallible” in other cases.

Federal prosecutor Lauren Astigarraga had argued that if Tal, who is Jewish, fled to his parents’ homeland, Israel, on a private jet, it would be difficult or impossible to extradite him back to the United States.

The 38-year-old likely faces life in prison if convicted on all charges. His denial of bail does not bode well for his brothers, who will have their own federal detention hearings this week.

The Alexander brothers gained national attention after allegations against them became public months ago.

Oren and Tal became luxury real estate stars after co-founding their real estate firm, Official, which specialized in high-end properties in Miami, New York and Los Angeles.

Authorities arrested the brothers last week on charges related to sex crime allegations in Miami and a federal sex trafficking case in New York City.

A federal indictment accuses the brothers of using their wealth to lure, drug, sexually assault and rape multiple women over more than a decade.

The Alexander twins are also charged by the state of Florida for three separate cases of alleged sexual assault.

His cousin Ohad Fisherman has also been accused of participating in a gang rape with the twins.

Oren Alexander faces three separate charges, while Alon Alexander faces only one charge.

On Wednesday, the brothers’ cousin, Ohad Fisherman, turned himself in to police in Miami after it was announced he faces a rape charge.

Fisherman, who was previously nicknamed the ‘hunk hummus’ for his failed line of snack foods, is accused of attacking a 25-year-old woman at a New Year’s Eve party in Miami Beach in 2016.

He had to cut short his Japanese honeymoon with new wife Jordan Royt so he could return to the United States and face the music.
