Caloundra State High School stabbing: Student stabbed on Sunshine Coast

A school has been placed on lockdown after a student was stabbed and a young girl was taken into custody.
The schoolboy was stabbed at Caloundra State High School, on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast, at 10am on Tuesday.
He was rushed to Sunshine Coast University Hospital with stomach injuries.
The young girl was taken into custody.
Another girl from the school helps the police with their investigations.
Several police cars were seen heading to and from the school.
Officers said there is no longer a threat to public safety now that the suspect is in custody.
