Jessica Aitchison was accused of reckless injury after a woman claimed to have split her lip in a Sydney hotel
A stripper became a rapper and her boyfriend from the tattoo artist was found guilty of a bar attack in which a legal secretary with a broken lip was left behind and required 16 stitches.
Jessica Aitchison – who acts as & # 39; Jackel & # 39; or & # 39; Jackel Daniels & # 39; – and Reece Barry Mobbs claimed that they were not involved in the incident that left Lauren Cameron in the early hours of July 29 last year permanent scars.
Aitchison was accused of reckless injury after Mrs. Cameron was hit in the face with a plastic cup in the smoking room of the Burdekin Hotel in Darlinghurst, downtown Sydney.
But the rapper – who had not pleaded guilty – and her boyfriend tried to convince the court that another patron was the fault of Mrs. Cameron's injuries, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Magistrate Joan Baptie said the pair & # 39; unbelievable, unlikely and unreliable & # 39; presented evidence and found Aitchison guilty of reckless injury.
Mrs. Cameron needed 11 external and five internal stitches after being hit by a plastic cup.
She told the court earlier that Aitchison and Mobbs had been in the smoking room for about five minutes when she felt a push or tap on her shoulder.

& # 39; I was called and spit out, & # 39; she said to the court. & # 39; It all happened super fast. & # 39;
Mrs. Cameron did not know if the spit landed on her, but said she saw Mobbs spit.
She had felt & # 39; a little bit scared – someone much taller than I am and built, it's a bit confrontational to be in that situation. & # 39;
Mrs. Cameron told the court that she then turned to Aitchison and saw that she was looking at her before she was hit by the cup.
Although Mrs. Cameron did not really see the cup leave Aitchison, she had seen her hold something before she was hit.
Aitchison, a New Zealand-born centrefold model crowned Miss Nude Sydney in 2012, and the others attended an emo club night at the hotel.

During a cross-examination on Thursday, Mobbs denied that he & # 39; Cameron & # 39; spat and shouted and suggested that he take a cigarette out of his mouth & # 39; spit & # 39; could be.
He pleaded guilty to a common attack on the incident.
Mobbs was questioned about conversations he had with Aitchison and other customers on the night of the argument, but he often answered with & # 39; I don't remember anymore & # 39 ;.
Police prosecutor Brett Eurell claimed that Mobbs the victim a & # 39; s ** t & # 39; or & # 39; w *** e & # 39; in response to comments made by Mrs Cameron about Aitchison.

Aitchison left the room at 1.29 am and Mobbs followed at 1.30 am, CCTV turned out.
The rapper only returned at 1.32 am, where she spoke to security.
Sgt Eurell claimed that Aitchison was on the run to avoid fear, while defender Phillip Carey claimed that her return proved the opposite.
& # 39; She didn't really flee, she's even coming back, "he said.
After a & # 39; long, well-considered analysis & # 39; Magistrate Baptie thought that the prosecution proved the offenses without reasonable doubt.
The couple returns to the court for conviction in December.
