Strictly Come Dancing winners Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell have announced they will reunite for a new show.
The comedian, 47, and professional, 35, made history in December after becoming the first blind contestant to win the coveted Glitterball trophy.
But after Chris was forced to miss the Strictly live tour due to his own Yonks! stand-up shows, the pair will get back together to launch a weekly podcast.
On Instagram, they said each installment would be filled with “more silliness” from the adorable couple and that the first episode would recap the competition’s dazzling finale.
In a joint post they wrote: ‘Do you want more of this nonsense? Chris and Dianne will be getting together for a weekly, publicly available catch-up, also known as a PODCAST.
‘The first episode will be out in just four days and counting. If you have any questions for us, put them here and we will try to answer some in the module. See you all on Thursday. We can’t wait!’
Strictly Come Dancing winners Chris McCausland, 47, and Dianne Buswell, 35, have announced they will reunite for a new show.

The comedian and professional made history in December after becoming the first blind contestant to win the coveted Glitterball trophy.
While Chris added in the comments: “And of course, we’ll have to start with a recap of that final, right?” I can’t wait mate!’
This comes just 24 hours after Dianne admitted getting back on the dance floor without her ex-partner was “really difficult.”
In his new YouTube Vlog, he said: ‘Chris can’t do (the tour). In fact, it’s been very difficult for me to see everyone else with their partners and know that Chris can’t do it. It’s been really hard.’
‘However, I am very excited to still be a part of this and very, very grateful for it. So you know, I’m counting my lucky stars.”
The opening show began at Birmingham’s Utilita Arena as Chris took to the stage just 12 miles away in Walsall.
Speaking in December, the comedy star confirmed to fans that he would not be hitting the dance floor with Dianne again.
He explained on X: ‘I’m afraid I won’t be able to do the Strictly tour. My own tour was meant to be on tour in September and a lot of dates were moved to January and February so we could do #Strictly.
“It’s a shame because it’s been a lot of fun, but my own dates can’t be changed a second time.”

The couple became fan favorites during the 2024 series.

On Instagram, they said each installment would be filled with “more silliness” from the adorable couple and that the first episode would recap the competition’s dazzling finale.
Despite missing out on the chance to meet up with his Strictly friends, Chris looked in his element while entertaining at the Walsall Arena.
Looking dapper in a gray suit and white T-shirt, the comedian appeared to be having a great time as the tour, which had previously been rescheduled from September to avoid clashing with his stint on Strictly’s main show, continued.
It comes after news that Chris has landed an exciting new job after finding success and winning the hearts of the nation on the BBC dance competition last month.
The comedian will join the lineup for the fourth season of Comedy Central Live, a four-episode stand-up series that will air weekly on Comedy Central UK in early 2025.
He is set to star alongside the likes of Judi Love, Amy Matthews, Kane Brown, Ola Labib, Jack Skipper, Amy Gledhill and Joshua Bethania in the fan-favourite show.
The new series will also feature 30 additional digital episodes that will be posted to the network’s social media accounts, where each act will perform their own set.
Last month it was claimed that Chris, who is blind, was in line for a big contract to stay at the BBC as his humor “can connect with ordinary viewers at home”.
A television insider said The sun: “What he did by keeping everyone in suspense over the course of ‘Strictly’ was a show that was not only funny, but showed that it had a traditional sense of humor that can connect with ordinary viewers at home.

He explained on X: ‘I’m afraid I won’t be able to do the Strictly tour. My own tour was meant to be on tour in September and a lot of dates were moved to January and February so we could do #Strictly.’
“This is something critics have said is missing from many Beeb comedy series, and Chris could breathe new life into a genre that was once a mainstay of the corporation.”
Before adding that Chris’ talents could also be used for more general entertainment shows and that bosses are also planning to reunite him with his professional partner Dianne to recapture their “sensational chemistry”.
However, Chris could not only be part of comedy shows, but also general entertainment programming, such as earlier this year when he presented his talk show on ITV1 called The Chris McCausland Show.
The source continued: “They are considering ways to reunite with his professional partner Dianne (Buswell) as they had sensational chemistry together.”
The Liverpool-born star and Dianne lifted the coveted Glitterball Trophy on December 14 after viewers voted them the winners of the hit show.
Not only did Chris make history during his time on Strictly as the show’s first blind contestant, he also impressed bosses with his cheeky wit which is said to have helped save the glitzy competition after a year of scandals.
She also delivered Channel 4’s Alternative Christmas Message on December 25 to call for an end to discrimination against disabled people and for employers and the government to support their access to employment.
