The Strictly Come Dancing live tour begins next week, and celebrities and professional dancers are putting in hours of rehearsals.
As rehearsals begin this week, Tasha Ghouri and Amy Dowden have been giving their fans a behind-the-scenes look at life on tour.
Posting from the rehearsal room in London before heading to Birmingham for the first show next week, the group have been busy with costume fittings and hours of grueling practice.
Love Island star Tasha, who was a finalist in the 2024 series, detailed her make-up and wardrobe transformation as she sat in the glam chair for an Insta snap.
She later shared a look at one of her stunning looks, wowing in a sparkly gold dress.

Professional dancer Amy Dowden matched in her own gold number, beaming as she posed for a mirror selfie in full glamour.
Last month it was revealed that Amy would be performing on the Strictly tour with JLS singer JB Gill, 38, who came second in December’s final after Dianne Buswell and Chris McCausland won the Glitterball trophy.
Amy was left devastated after suffering a stress fracture in her shin, causing her to miss the second half of the series and leading to Lauren Oakley taking her place as JB’s partner.
The Welsh star had returned to Strictly last year for the first time after undergoing a mastectomy following her breast cancer diagnosis, making her injury and withdrawal from the show even more painful.
Other 2024 series favorites joining the tour include Wynne Evans, Jamie Bothwick, Montell Douglas, Sarah Hadland and Shayne Ward.
However, series winner Chris McCausland will not be on tour as he focuses on his own comedy tour.
Chris beat fellow finalists Tasha Ghouri, JB and Sarah Hadland to the spot in the ‘best ever’ final, and his cheeky wit and inspiring story helped save the show after a year of scandals.

In the final, which was the highest score ever, all the couples performed three dances each for the judges before hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman announced Chris as the winner of the much-sought Glitterball trophy.
The Strictly tour begins in Birmingham next week and will be judged by Strictly panel Shirley Ballas, Anton Du Beke, Revel Horwood and, for the first time, Motsi Mabuse.
It Takes Two presenter Janette Manrara is hosting the tour and says audiences across the country are in for a “real treat”.
