Nick Knowles appeared to be in severe pain as he left hospital on crutches after undergoing surgery on Saturday.
The Strictly Come Dancing star, 62, had to pull out of this year’s live shows in October after seriously injuring her knee during rehearsals.
Nick was now seen struggling to walk after surgery on his left knee and also had pins in his left arm.
The DIY SOS presenter has since revealed that it could take around nine months for him to recover from his injuries.
However, Nick appeared to be in good hands as he had the support of his fiancée Katie Dadzie, 34, who runs a lingerie company.
The couple shared a kiss as Nick walked to Katie’s 4×4 so she could take him home after the recent operation.

The Strictly Come Dancing star, 62, had to pull out of this year’s live shows in October after seriously injuring her knee during rehearsals.
The television presenter looked comfortable in a black short-sleeved T-shirt that he combined with shorts and white Nike sneakers.
Disaster first struck Nick during a dress rehearsal with his Strictly professional partner Luba Mushtuk, who allegedly saw the star take a jump and make a bad landing.
It happened just weeks after the TV presenter injured his shoulder and arm while changing a car tire.
Nick now hopes to recover in time for his first dance at his wedding to Katie next summer.
He shared: ‘We have booked our wedding for next summer and the plan is for us to do a first dance. It won’t be a full Strictly routine, but I’m determined to have a special dance with Katie.
The TV veteran praised his “amazing” Katie for taking him to his hospital appointments and even “putting on his pants” as he can’t do it himself at the moment.
Due to his injury, Nick confirmed he will not be returning to the dance floor with partner Luba Mushtuk for tonight’s Strictly final.

Confirming the news at the time, a Strictly spokesperson said: “Unfortunately, Nick Knowles suffered an injury during rehearsals and as a result will not be dancing this weekend.”
Clarifying the rules regarding Nick’s situation, they added: “Under the rules of the competition, Nick and Luba will be given a break until next week, when he is expected to be able to dance again.” Everyone at Strictly Come Dancing wishes Nick a speedy recovery.
Speaking on strictly spin-off show It Takes Two, Nick confirmed his injury was worse than previously thought.
He said: ‘During our rehearsal today… Unfortunately I damaged my knee and it’s quite painful. So the physiotherapists have decided that I need to have an MRI (scan).
Nick and Luba left the competition after a dance off against Shayne and Nancy during the series’ third results show.
With three votes in favor of Shayne and Nancy, they won the majority of votes, meaning Nick and Luba would drop out of the competition.
When asked about his time on the show afterwards, Nick said: “I’ve really been surprised by how much I’ve loved doing it and two things happen.”
‘One is how much you worry every week and the other is how much you don’t want to let your partner down. The only reason I was able to do this is simply because of Luba’s changes, she’s been amazing.’
He added: ‘Luba has been incredible and has been fabulous every day. And I must also thank all the support staff, the physiotherapists, all the people who really helped me get through this week and all my fellow competitors who have been absolutely amazing and beautiful people.
“There are some amazing dancers up there and I’ll love to see the rest of the series.”
