Strictly Come Dancing will be back with a bang this winter, with the popular ballroom show believed to return for a run of 13 shows.

The famous dance competition’s annual trip to Blackpool is also on the agenda, after being scrapped last year in light of the coronavirus pandemic.

BBC bosses are currently in talks with Strictly staff and professional dancers, including Katya Jones, 31, ahead of the nineteenth season.

The highlight will be the trip to Blackpool and it has always been so in Strictly.

As things stand now, the entire show will head northwest in November. Everyone is very excited. ‘

The BBC declined to comment when contacted by MailOnline.

This meant that the annual Blackpool tour was canceled and the contest lasted only nine episodes.

Popstar HRVY, 22, also tested positive before the show aired, but was able to recover in time to participate.

It comes after it was reported that BBC bosses were ‘concerned’ that Oti, 30, would be leaving the show after getting a new jury assignment on ITV’s The Masked Dancer.

But it’s now clear that Oti will be back in the ballroom when the new series kicks off in the fall after she was crowned champion of the 2020 show with Bill Bailey with Bill Bailey following her 2019 win with Kelvin Fletcher.
