Strictly Come Dancing winner Ore Oduba announced that he and his wife Portia ended their nine-year marriage on Thursday.
The presenter, 38, confirmed the ‘difficult’ news in an Instagram statement where he revealed that they had decided to separate earlier this year.
He wrote: ‘Hi guys. Portia and I are said to have announced we were separating earlier this year. We are so grateful for all the love you have shared with us over the years.
‘And we want to thank you in advance for respecting our privacy as we went through this difficult transition. We will not comment further. Always be kind.
Ore and Portia, who share two young children, Roman, six, and Genie, three, married in 2015, just five years after meeting at Loughborough University in 2010.
