Strictly Come Dancing set for shakeup as show is canceled next Sunday

Strictly Come Dancing has received a reshuffling of next weekend’s schedule to make way for the World Cup in Qatar.
The ballroom dancing contest musicals special will now air on BBC One on Friday 2nd December at 8pm, while the results episode will air on Saturday 3rd December at 5.40pm, and the remaining couples They will advance to the semifinal the following week. .
While the main show usually airs on Saturdays, it was moved to make way for televised World Cup matches on the channel.

“The Strictly Come Dancing quarter-final will now be broadcast live on Friday 2nd December and the semi-final will now be broadcast live on Sunday 11th December on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.”
Former Hear’Say singer Kym Marsh will return to competition next week after she was given this week off following a positive Covid test.

The 46-year-old actress was forced to withdraw from the contest along with her professional dance partner Graziano Di Prima, 28.
A Strictly spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘Kym Marsh has tested positive for Covid-19. As a result, Kym and Graziano will not be participating in Strictly Come Dancing this weekend.
“Come Dancing’s strict protocols mean that, if all goes well, they’ll be back the following week.”
