Stranger Things: Netflix is making a new series that will be radically different from the original – WhatsNew2Day

Date:

Stranger Things and the Flintstones? Yes, the two franchises may have something to do with each other in the future.

With the fifth season, the Netflix series Stranger Things will come to an end, that much is clear. However, there is no way the franchise will disappear from screens forever. Because like Netflix now announced according to the deadlinea new series from the well-known franchise got the green light in-house.

Flying Bark Productions will produce and Eric Robles will be the showrunner. He is well versed in animated series. He is, among other things, the creator of Glitch Techs and Fanboy & Chum Chum.

Same producers, different look

The Duffer Brothers, as series creators, will remain executive producers through their company Upside Down Pictures. However, the new series look completely different than before, where it was staged quite eerily due to the mystery horror theme.

We always have one animated ‘Stranger Things’ dreamed, in the way of Saturday morning cartoonsthat we grew up with and to see that dream come true has been absolutely thrilling. We couldn’t be more excited about what Eric Robles and his team have come up with – the scripts and artwork are incredible and we can’t wait to share more with you!

Duffer Brothers

What are these Saturday morning cartoons? This refers to a whole series of animated series that have been broadcast by US television stations since the mid-1960s. Examples are also known to us The Flintstones or Tom and Jerry.

However, among these more than a dozen series, the range of character styles, stories and designs is so large that little can be derived from it. Well, except that it will be an animated series.

So far, there is not much information that Netflix is revealing. But it will certainly be a while before the new series comes out. So all that’s left to do is wait and see – and look forward to Stranger Things season 5, which will likely flicker across screens sometime in 2024.
