“Since the 80s, when I made films here in Rome, at Cinecittà, Sting wrote one of his most emotional albums near Pisa, a year after the death of his parents, and at the same time I gave birth to one of our children , Italy has a special place in our hearts for many reasons.’
Sting and Trudie are parents to four children, Mickey, 40, Jake, 39, Eliot, 33, and Giacomo, 28, while The Police frontman also shares son Joe, 47, and daughter Fuschia, 42, with his former Frances Tomelty.

Sting is scheduled to perform on February 8 at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana, depending on his tour dates.
Despite the news that he was forced to withdraw from several appearances due to illness, Sting has always taken pride in his health and fitness.
The star previously attributed her incredible shape to her macrobiotic diet, which consists of lots of vegetables and grains, and aims to avoid toxins and processed foods containing preservatives.
The diet also focuses on low consumption of meat, dairy and sugar.
Sting and his wife Trudie Styler moved with their family to Lake House Farm in Wiltshire in 1991 and adopted a self-sufficient diet, growing organic vegetables ever since.

A spokesperson for Sting confirmed in a social media post that he would not be able to attend the Bass Magazine Awards and that his two concerts in the United States were postponed.
The singer’s family owns a flock of free-range chickens, as well as their own trout lake and even beehives for honey.
In her 1999 book, The Lake House Cookbook, Trudie wrote: “I decided I would only be satisfied if I knew exactly what we were putting on our plates.”
She also revealed that the couple enjoys a conscious approach to eating and believes that the way we “treat our own bodies is, by extension, the way we treat the planet.”
The singer is so devoted to his diet that he reportedly keeps his own personal chef on tour with him to support him while he’s away from home.
This dedication to a healthy diet doesn’t stop the Message in a Bottle singer from indulging in a drink or two and the occasional ice cream sundae.
In 2003, he told The Guardian: ‘I drink alcohol. I don’t smoke anything legal. I drink coffee. I like chocolate and ice cream. But other than that I’m very healthy.”
He is also well known for his love of yoga, which he has practiced for more than three decades.
He admitted in an interview with his yoga instructor when he was 43 years old that he came to yoga at an older age, between 38 and 39 years old.
According to a transcript of the interview shared on White’s White Lotus retreat website, the singer revealed that he tried other fitness regimens before trying yoga.
‘I’ve been through several exercise regimes before, you know? I used to run about five kilometers a day and do aerobics for a while.
‘I always stayed in shape because I am an artist and all those things help me perform.

The Roxanne singer started practicing yoga in her mid-30s and has now been practicing yoga for over 30 years (pictured in 2003).
“But it wasn’t until I met Danny Paradise, who became my mentor in Yoga, that I began the practice that I feel I will continue with the rest of my life,” he added.
When he turned 60, he told Energy Times, “I perform on stage the same way I did when I was in my twenties or teens, and I do it with the same efficiency.”
‘Two decades of yoga have given me two more decades of this career. “I couldn’t do it if I wasn’t in shape,” he added.
The singer is dedicated to the practice and is known to practice yoga even when on tour.
In 2021, while on Lorraine Kelly’s ITV show, she joked that her good looks were down to “vanity and a bit of discipline”, before adding: “I studied yoga for 30 years.” But after a while it all becomes yoga.’
In addition to yoga, the singer also revealed that “I swim every day, I like to walk and I sing.”
The same year, she shared the secret of her washboard abs in a TikTok video where she demonstrated her “perpetual crunch.”
The Message In A Bottle hitmaker, 70, lay on his back tensing up and saying “Getting my tummy hard” as he showed off his incredible fitness.
He urged his fans to take on Sting’s perpetual crunch challenge, writing, “You can do it.”
Sting and his wife Trudie have been together since 1982 and the couple share the same penchant for healthy living.
