Queensland Premier Steven Miles has divided Australians after showing off his muscular physique while volunteering at a school worker bee.
Miles was photographed carrying a rubbish bin at Dakabin State School in his Murrumba constituency, north of Brisbane.
Although he was normally hidden under a suit during press conferences, his ripped physique was on full display with his biceps bulging out of his T-shirt.
Mr Miles, wearing a Brisbane Broncos cap and shorts, looked in high spirits as he smiled from ear to ear while carrying a bin.
The professional photo was uploaded to Miles’ Facebook page on Sunday.
“Bee working in P&C at Dakabin State School this morning,” the caption read. ‘PS: Let’s go Broncos.’
Some social media users were envious of his apparent “thirst trap photo,” while others accused him of turning an act of goodwill into a public relations opportunity.

Others criticized the prime minister for bringing a cameraman to the event.
“I mean who isn’t going to volunteer with their official photographer and social media gear in hand,” one user wrote.
“Thousands of Queensland parents would do this for the love of volunteering on behalf of their children,” wrote a second.
“They wouldn’t feel the need or desire to brag about it on Twitter or social media.”
“You gain points for going, you lose points for hiring a media team,” a third wrote.
With the “Made in Australia” sign pointed directly at the camera, others said the container looked “new and unused” to a school worker bee.
Not all social media users criticized the prime minister, with some thanking him for the help while others nicknamed him “beef commander.”
Some users were unhappy with Miles using the volunteer event as a PR opportunity, while others gave him the nickname “commander flesh.”
“No one told me you had a license to carry those weapons,” wrote one social media user.
“Those weapons win votes,” added another.
“How absolutely ridiculous that the comments on this post focused more on Steven’s body than the work he’s doing,” wrote a third.
“A truly humble man, who leads by example and intelligence, a great role model for his peers,” said one New South Wales resident, adding that they would vote for him if they could.
