Netflix viewers have been thrown into disarray over the second season of Heartbreak High, with many demanding a third season of the show (left to right: James Majoos as Darren, Chloe Hayden as Quinn, and Ayesha Madon as Amerie).

Netflix viewers have been thrown into meltdown after discovering an “amazing” Australian teen romantic comedy, with many fans demanding another season of the show.

Created by Hannah Carroll Chapman, Heartbreak High centers on several Hartley High students who have to deal with the consequences of their sexual relationships becoming public.

After Amerie (Ayesha Madon) is discovered to be responsible for the ‘incest map’, which reveals everyone’s sexual history, she becomes a social outcast as the students are forced to attend a mandatory sex education class.

However, the intrusive public map isn’t the only concern on the teen’s mind when her lifelong best friend, Harper (Asher Yasbincek), punches her in the face, but she has no idea why.

Following the stories of Harper, Amerie, Malakai (Thomas Weatherhall), Quinn (Chloe Hayden), Ca$h (Will McDonald) and Darren (James Majoos), the first season comes to an explosive end.

And the second season of the show has brought so much drama to Netflix fans.

Although Amerie and Harper may have repaired their fractured relationship, they still faced the fallout from the first season.

Harper struggles as she tries to find a sense of normalcy in the lead-up to her attackers’ trial.

While Amerie still feels socially excluded because she can’t fit in with the typically quirky people at Hartley High.

Problems also arise within his circle of friends, as Darren struggles to navigate his relationship with Ca$h and his asexuality.

Meanwhile, Malakai and Amerie’s relationship is headed toward failure when a complicated love triangle arises between the couple and their queer Aboriginal friend Missy.

The first season of the show blew up when Amerie became a social outcast after it was revealed that she made everyone's sexual relationships public at school.
