The 6ft 7in actor, 50, wrapped up in a blue winter hat, a red scarf and a navy blue quilted coat as he walked hand in hand with Mircea, who is 5ft 5in.
The Office writer kept comfortable in a pair of black Nike sneakers, blue skinny jeans, and a pair of shades.
Meanwhile, Mircea looked stylish in a long gray wool coat which she paired with a winter hat, scarf and gloves.
The actress, 42, was all smiles as she carried her belongings in a large black crossbody bag and sported a pair of white sneakers.
Stephen and Mircea, who have been together since 2018, couldn’t contain their smiles as they walked hand in hand through the city.

Stephen and Mircea met at an awards ceremony six years ago, but Stephen previously revealed he had struggled to find a girlfriend due to his height.
He told Alan Carr: “If they’re down there and I’m up here, it’s a bit complicated.”
But in 2019, Stephen admitted it was great to not have to worry about “filling” that void in life after meeting the St. Louis native.
He said: ‘Apart from the fact that she’s great… there’s something very nice about not having the endless worry of filling that part of your life.
“That’s a very lonely life, the life of one person.”
