Stephen A. Smith took aim at Larsa Pippen for dating Michael Jordan’s son Marcus after being married to Scottie for 24 years, saying ‘there are certain lines that [just] don’t cross!
On Wednesday, the ESPN analyst went public with his thoughts on Larsa’s comments that she was traumatized by Michael Jordan’s disapproval of her relationship with his youngest son, 32, on his self-titled talk show. Marcus and Lisa’s relationship began in January, according to People.
Scottie, 57, and Lisa, 49, were married from 1997 to 2021 and have four children: Scotty Jr., who last played for the Los Angeles Lakers; Preston, Justin and Sophia, who were born between 2000 and 2008.
‘You know that when you found out [Michael] Jordan, you were Pippen’s wife and the mother of his children,” Smith said. ‘So for you, the transition from that to dating her child is awkward to say the least.
‘So she’s sitting there, she’s talking, admitting that it’s probably awkward for Scottie and Michael… do you think, really? Don’t you understand that as a woman? You are a grown woman…
